We are a full-service meat shop offering custom animal processing from live animals to table-ready cuts. We sell retail and specialty products in our storefront and sell locally sourced whole, half, and quarter beef that we custom process to customer specifications. We also provide whole and half pork as well as whole lambs. Ask about our poultry options and exotics too.
